With over 30 years in the travel industry, I’ve devoted my career to helping people create holidays that feel truly personal and perfectly planned. I hold a Level 4 travel qualification and am proud to be a CLIA Master Cruise Accredited Cruise Specialist.
Travel has always been more than just a profession for me — it’s a lifelong passion that continues to inspire me both personally and professionally.
Over the years, I’ve been recognised as a high achiever in the industry, but what matters most is the trust my clients place in me to take care of their travel plans with thoughtfulness and precision.
I love discovering new destinations so I can better guide my clients, and recent adventures have taken me far and wide — from a Viking cruise on the Great Lakes in North America and Canada to a Scenic cruise through the rugged beauty of the Kimberley. I’ve sailed with Oceania Cruises to the remote Marquesas and dreamy Tahiti islands and experienced the unforgettable journey aboard the Rocky Mountaineer train from Vancouver to Banff. Each trip adds new insight and firsthand knowledge I bring back to my clients.
Before you travel, bring me your ideas and wish list — I’ll handle the details and design a journey that suits you perfectly. While you’re away, I’m just a phone call or email away. Think of me as your virtual travel assistant — almost like I’m tucked into your suitcase — there to give you peace of mind from beginning to end. Kim has the all the skills you’d expect from someone who’s been in the business as long as she has been. In all the time I’ve been getting her to book flights and holidays for me, she has always gone way beyond what could be expected.
She never forgets to send reminders when a departure date is approaching and crucially she stays with you all the way til you get to your destination - checking in during the stopover and following up a few days after you’ve arrived to make sure everything is as expected.

The Intrepid Premium Japan was fantastic. Was challenging and very interesting. We walked about 90km, including many steps in railway stations saw amazing scenery and visited outstanding places. our tour guide Keni was outstanding, knowledgeable, thoughtful and fun. Kim organised our trip exceedingly well, everything went smoothly. Thanks.
